Intent for our Design & Technology Curriculum

The intent of our Design and Technology Curriculum is to spark a genuine passion for the subject, helping our children develop a love for design and technology that lasts a lifetime. We believe that introducing children to this field at an early age ignites their creativity and cultivates resilience and problem-solving skills. Children will gain a solid understanding of Design and Technology principles, setting them up well for the next stages of their education and future careers.
We focus on equipping children with skills and concepts from Design and Technology that are easily transferable to various situations. These skills will support their academic journey and prepare them for the different challenges they might encounter later. The creativity developed through our curriculum promotes critical thinking and adaptability, helping students tackle a wide range of tasks with confidence.
